North Collective Australia (North Collective) operates this website. It is North Collective’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our website.

North Collective has made its best efforts to accurately display and describe its goods online. However if you are unhappy with your purchase, we will only accept goods returned in proper condition as set out below. Please note that the cost of returning any goods to us is borne by the purchaser. We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent you the wrong item or if the item sent is deemed to be faulty.
We will only accept returns of full priced goods in the following circumstances:
- The goods are received by us within 14 days from the date the goods were dispatched to you
- The original tags have not been removed
- The goods have not been worn, used, washed, soiled or damaged
- In the case of faulty goods, no attempt has been made to repair the goods
- If you have purchased a full priced item and would like to request a return please email email@example.com
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED
All items are thoroughly checked prior to DELIVERY. however if you do receive faulty goods please notify us within 2 days of receiving your delivery. We will only accept faulty goods returned in proper condition as set out below.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Australian orders placed before 12pm (AEST time) on business days will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
DELIVERY TIMES do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation.

We accept credit card payments. All purchases will be processed and authorized by our approved payment system STRIPE. Your credit card details will be securely processed and no credit card details are stored or seen by us. If you'd rather speak to a person, please give us a call on +61 402 590 953 and we will process your order over the phone. This personalised service may offer you additional payment methods via bank transfer
Our “STRIPE” payment system contains encrypted security so all payments are made in a secure environment. With the exception of telephone payments, we do not handle any credit or debit card information directly.
